A favorite of my clients, this gorgeous go-to morning (or afternoon) drink is perfect when you want a boost of caffeine without the coffee.
Matcha is known for its cancer-kicking, estrogen-detoxifying, and blood-enhancing ingredients, like ECGC, chlorophyll, and L-theanine. It’s a great boost for the metabolism, mood, and brain.

Ingredients
• 1 cup almond, coconut, or other plant-based milk
• 1 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder, organic
• 1 teaspoon MCT oil
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Prep
Place the plant-based milk, Matcha green tea powder, MCT oil and cinnamon in a pot and heat until warm. Pour mixture into the blender and pulse on high for 30 seconds until frothy. You also use a hand frother.
Serve in your favorite mug and enjoy!
Radiant Tip: Add a ¼ teaspoon of pearl powder to your Matcha tea for radiant skin that glows.
